The Assistant Engineer (Civil) is a Grade-9 revenue sector position responsible for overseeing infrastructure development and maintenance within the EPZs. Candidates will work on large-scale construction projects and zone management activities.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must hold a professional degree in Civil Engineering from a government-recognized university.

• Degree: B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) degree.
• Class/CGPA: Minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA (2.50 on a 4.00 scale).
• Experience: Not mandatory for this entry-level Grade-9 position.

Examination Process:

The recruitment process typically consists of a written examination followed by a viva voce. The written test usually includes departmental (Civil Engineering) questions as well as non-departmental topics like Bengali, English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.
