• Degree: HSC or SSC depending on the specific instructor category.
• Certification: 1st Class Inland Master/Driver certificate for Dredger Instructor; Class-4 Engine (FG) for Engine Instructor; or relevant Navy service for Deck Instructor.
• Experience: 5 to 15 years of relevant maritime or naval experience depending on the certification level held.
