The Islamic Foundation is recruiting a Social Science Instructor specialized in Agriculture to integrate modern agricultural practices into community development projects. This role serves as a bridge between scientific farming techniques and mosque-based rural communities, aiming to enhance food security and economic self-sufficiency among the religious population.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute agricultural training programs for Imams and rural community leaders.
- Provide expert guidance on modern irrigation, crop rotation, and soil management techniques.
- Develop teaching materials specifically tailored for sustainable hillside and contour farming.
- Monitor the progress of foundation-sponsored community gardens and agricultural plots.
- Advise local farmers on organic fertilization and integrated pest management (IPM) practices.
