Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates must possess a solid academic background relevant to financial management, business operations, or applied mathematics.

• Degree: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics from a recognized university.
• Class/CGPA: Minimum 2nd Class/Division or equivalent CGPA in all academic examinations.
• Experience: Candidates with prior experience in skill development projects, fund management, and financial reporting will be given preference.

2. Fill the application form with accurate personal and academic information.
3. Upload required documents including a recent color photograph (300×300 pixels, max 100KB) and signature (300×80 pixels, max 60KB).
4. Submit the application and download the Applicant’s Copy containing the User ID.
5. Complete the application fee payment via Teletalk prepaid mobile SMS within 72 hours.

Method of Paying the Application Fee:

Fees must be paid via SMS from any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number within 72 hours of submitting the online application.

Examination Process:

The recruitment process for this position will be conducted in multiple phases to ensure the selection of the most capable candidates. In the first phase, applicants will participate in a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) examination. Candidates who successfully clear the MCQ round will be eligible to sit for the comprehensive written test. Finally, only those who pass the written examination will be invited for a viva voce (oral interview), where their technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills will be evaluated by an expert panel.
